The Waco Tea Party Volunteer meeting will be postponed this week due to the gubernatorial debate the same evening. Many of our volunteers asked us to move the meeting because they wanted to watch the debate on television. We are thinking of holding a watch party... if anyone has a location let us know.

So... Texas is allowing cities to pass a tax on utilities? Wow, just when Texans are using record amounts of energy due to the latest cold snap (where's that global warming Al Gore keeps talking about?), we're being hit with yet another tax!
